Registration
You must register first in order to submit an abstract online.
The registration process consists of several steps. Please make sure to complete all steps to successfully finalize your registration.

Submission/Call for Abstracts
Please note that all speakers, as well as session chairs for scientific sessions or panel discussions, are required to register and pay the registration fee.
Participants must complete the registration process before they can submit an abstract for an oral presentation or poster.
How to Submit an Abstract
To submit an abstract, please follow these steps:
- Complete the online registration form.
- After successful registration, you will be automatically logged into your conference account.
- From your account, you will have access to the online submission system.
- Each participant may submit up to two contributions: one oral presentation and/or one poster.
- The abstract must not exceed 2,000 characters (including spaces).
Session Selection
- Please select the session that best fits your contribution or follow the instructions provided by the session co-organizers. Full description of sessions can be found here
- If your contribution does not fit into any listed session,
we will support the allocation or organize a dedicated session for free themes if needed.
Session Format and Presentation Guidelines
- Scientific sessions are 105 minutes long.
- Typically, each session includes 5 speakers, with:
- 12 minutes for presentation
- 7 minutes for discussion
- In case of high interest, up to 10 speakers per session may be accommodated.
- Panels:
- 3–5 panellists plus a chair and/or moderator
- 1 keynote speaker to introduce the topic
- The chair/moderator cannot serve as keynote speaker
At least 25 minutes must be reserved for audience Q&A
