Recommended Hotels

For your convenience, we have arranged special negotiated rates at three carefully selected hotels in Nairobi’s Westlands district.

To support your daily commute, a dedicated shuttle (drop-off) service will be provided for participants staying at these hotels, with transport to and from the KALRO headquarters and conference venue.

All three hotels are located within the same area, within walking distance of one another and close to the Sarit Centre, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and services. The distance to KALRO is approximately 10 km, along routes that generally experience light traffic, allowing for a smooth and reliable journey of around 20 minutes.

The recommended hotels are located approximately 20 minutes from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) via the Nairobi Expressway, depending on traffic conditions. For added convenience, each hotel offers an optional airport transfer service, which can be arranged directly when making your room reservation. The indicative one-way transfer rates are USD 40 (Novotel), USD 35 (Best Western Premier), and USD 37 (Zehneria). These charges are payable by participants and will be added to the hotel invoice.

These arrangements are intended to provide a comfortable and efficient stay, making it easy for participants to focus on and enjoy the ISBCA 2026 programme.
